大倾角综采工作面过斜交断层技术

Technology of Over Oblique Fault in Large Dip Fully Mechanized Coal Mining Face

摘要: 为了解决大倾角综采工作面过断层难度大、安全性低、灾害难以防治等问题,以花山煤矿4236综采工作面过F1斜交断层为例,介绍了定点法测定异常区,钻探排除水害,加密抽放技术治理瓦斯,超前注浆加固断层附近的顶板和岩壁,过断层期间特殊的落煤(岩)、支护、防滑、防飞石、防窜矸、端头支架移动工艺以及楼层支护法控顶等技术。结果表明:4236综采工作面成功通过了断层,提高了优质资源的采出率,取得良好的经济效益,积累了丰富的安全生产经验。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of full mechanized mining face crossing fault is difficult, low security, disaster prevention ect. Take 4236 fully mechanized working face of Huashan coal over F1 oblique fault as an example, this paper introduce the determination of abnormal area by fixed point method, remove water drilling, the encryption technology to control gas drainage, advance grouting reinforcement fault near the top of the roof, palisades and special falling coal during passing through fault, supporting, antiskid, anti flying, channeling rock, the end support mobile technology, floor supporting roof control technology. Conclusion: 4236 fully mechanized mining face successfully through the fault, improve the recovery rate of high-quality resources, and achieve good economic benefits, accumulate rich experience in production safety.
